I have a soft spot for the families who let me grow with them.
Back in 2017, I photographed Laura and Steven's wedding โ and now here we are, years later, chasing their twin boys through Hyde Park Village on a gorgeous Tampa afternoon. If that doesn't make you feel something, I don't know what will.
Some weddings feel like they were made for the couple โ like the venue, the vibe, and the vision all aligned perfectly from day one. Shanea and Mark's wedding at Fat Beet Farm in Tampa was exactly that. From the moment I arrived I knew this day was going to be something special.
Some weddings are beautiful. Some are joyful. And every once in a while, you get one that is so deeply, unmistakably them โ so rooted in who this family is โ that you leave feeling like you've witnessed something truly special. Renee and John's wedding at Safety Harbor Resort and Spa was exactly that kind of day.
There are some sessions that feel less like work and more like coming home โ and this Tampa twin newborn session was absolutely one of them.
Six years ago, I had the joy of photographing Arielle and Tim's engagement session and then their wedding day. To now be welcomed back into their home, this time as a family of four (!!)
Some love stories come with a built-in crew โ and Emily and Tim's is no exception. When it came time to plan their engagement session, these two didn't hesitate: Captain and Joey were coming along, collars dressed and ready. And honestly? We wouldn't have had it any other way.
Some events you photograph and some events you feel. The Tampa Bay Chamber's 20th Annual Women of Influence Luncheon is always the latter โ and March 27, 2026 at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street was one of the most powerful rooms I have had the privilege of standing in as a Tampa event photographer.
Some weddings have it all โ the elegance, the emotion, the energy, and those spontaneous moments you could never plan. Meg and Steve's wedding at Harborside Chapel in Safety Harbor was exactly that kind of day. From a dreamy first look bathed in golden light to crowd surfing with their guests at the end of the night, this one had my heart from start to finish. As a Tampa wedding photographer, days like this are exactly why I do what I do.
When over 1,200 people gather in one room with a single mission โ to change the lives of Tampa's most vulnerable children โ you feel it. The energy, the purpose, the hope in the room is almost tangible. That was the Metro Min Bridge Builders 2026 luncheon at the JW Marriott Tampa, and it was an absolute privilege to be behind the lens for every moment of it this year and all the years Iโve had the privilege of capturing it.
There is something truly magical about a Tampa maternity session at golden hour, and Logan and Kevin's session at Cypress Point Park was exactly that. From the lush mangrove boardwalks to the soft sandy shores of Tampa Bay, every frame from this session felt like a dream.
And then there was their adorable goldendoodle, who stole the show with a pair of tiny Florida Gator shoes. We are not sorry. ๐๐พ
Some weddings are big. Some weddings are exactly the right size.
Joleen and Frank's Tuesday morning wedding at the Hillsborough County Courthouse was the kind of day that reminds me exactly why I do this work. No ballroom. No 200-person guest list. Just the two of them, Frank's mom and cousin, and Joleen's two daughters.
I have a soft spot for the families who let me grow with them.
