Coastal Elegance Styled Shoot at Centre Club Tampa
Real weddings are beautiful. But they're also unpredictable — the light isn't always perfect, the timeline gets compressed, and there are a hundred moving pieces competing for attention at once. Styled shoots exist so that the best vendors in the business can come together without the pressure of a live wedding day and ask one question: what's possible?
No rushing. No compromises. Just a shared vision, a dream team, and the space to execute it at the highest level.
That's exactly what happened when Ella and the team at Coastal Coordinating pulled together this coastal elegance styled shoot at Centre Club Tampa — and the result was everything.

Why Centre Club Tampa is a Hidden Gem for Tampa Weddings
If you haven't considered Centre Club Tampa as a wedding venue, let this be your sign to look it up immediately. Perched on the 8th floor in the Westshore corridor, it offers sweeping panoramic views of Tampa Bay and the city skyline — and it has some of the most unique photo locations of any venue I've worked at in Tampa Bay.
The Origins bar area is absolutely stunning — dark wood, a marble bar top, and a dramatic ceiling installation of gilded branches that spreads across the entire space like something out of a fairy tale. It gave us editorial-worthy couple portraits with zero effort.
The outdoor garden courtyard features a life-size chess board that doubles as one of the most unexpectedly cool portrait backdrops I've ever used. We had models Cayla and Ozy dipping, laying on the board, and walking through the pieces like they owned the place — because honestly, they did.
And then there's the atrium lobby, with soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with the most beautiful natural light. It's the kind of light photographers dream about — soft, directional, and completely flattering. Right next to it is the Westshore Grand’s restaurant that has really cool velvet booths that are giving upscale vibes.
The Bayview Ballroom itself is bright, airy, and modern with views that speak for themselves. The whole venue gave us at least five completely different looks in one day. That is rare, and it is incredibly valuable for couples who want variety in their wedding gallery without ever leaving the building.
The Coastal Elegance Aesthetic — and Why It's Having a Moment
This shoot leaned into one of the most sought-after wedding trends right now: coastal elegance. And before you picture flip-flops and sandy ceremonies, let me reframe it for you — because this aesthetic is sophisticated, refined, and completely at home in a venue like the Centre Club.
Think soft blues and whites, delicate florals with movement, candlelight everywhere, and styling that feels like a romantic escape to the coast without a grain of sand in sight. Brides are gravitating toward this look because it feels timeless rather than trendy — it doesn't date itself, and it translates beautifully across different venue styles.
A few trends woven into this shoot that couples are actively searching for right now:
Bud vases with starfish and mercury glass votives. Simple, textural, and incredibly coastal without being kitschy. Jennie's Flowers absolutely nailed the delphinium and white lisianthus combination — those clusters of soft blue paired with greenery and candlelight were so dreamy.
The wood inlay ring. Cayla's pear-shaped diamond with a chevron halo band paired with Ozy's gold and dark wood wedding band? Stunning together. Unique, personal jewelry choices are a huge trend — couples want rings that say something about who they are, not just what they spent.
Sweetheart tables with draping. The white ceiling drape framing the sweetheart table gave the entire room a soft, romantic focal point. Couples are consistently choosing this over a traditional head table, and Outside the Box Rentals brought it to life beautifully.
Off-the-shoulder structured gowns. The bride's gown from Truly Forever Bridal Tampa was a showstopper — a clean, modern silhouette with an off-shoulder drape and cathedral train. No lace, no beading — just pure architectural elegance. This style is everywhere right now and for good reason: it photographs beautifully from every angle.
Linen suits for grooms. Ozy's champagne linen suit from Sacino's Formalwear was the perfect complement — relaxed enough to feel coastal, polished enough to feel elevated. The dusty blue bow tie was the perfect nod to the palette.
The Team That Made It Happen
This shoot was a true collaboration, and I want to make sure every vendor gets their flowers (pun intended).
