{Lindsey + Jayson @Don Cesar}

The Florida afternoon showers were no where to be found on this beautiful Saturday! Lindsey's bouquet was amazing, she has been collecting brooches and family heirlooms since February.  One of them was a pair of pink earrings that her grandmother wore to her parents wedding. The wrap around the "stems" was a section of lace from her mother's veil.  She also had a heart shaped photo of her late Grandpa sewn into the inside of her wedding dress.  Jayson and the best man, Eric, wore pink shirts, bright pink ties, and blue and white stripped jackets. Lindsey had a handkerchief embroidered for Jayson that he kept in his pocket. It was a sweet moment when Jayson's daughter, Emery, came into the room and saw her Daddy! You can tell they adore each other:-)  Jayson was brought to tears when he saw his gorgeous bride coming down the isle and met him on the steps of the courtyard. During the ceremony, the had a family "pledge" where they faced the audience and each side of their families stood and "pledged" to love, support, and pray for their marriage. The guests sipped on a pink passion fruit tea with cute white and pink stripped straws.  The reception decor was bold vibrant florals, and a candy favor table with every kind of treat you could think of.  They had cute, colorful, paper bags just waiting to be filled to the brim. The first dances were so loving and emotional! And all the guests "Awed"  as Jayson picked up his daughter and spun her around the dance floor to "My girl". Such sweet personal details and an amazing story we so enjoyed capturing! Congrats Lindsey and Jay!  xoxoxo

{Jenny + Jason @The Don Cesar}

Jenny and Jason's wedding was very "Tommy Bahama Rustic" in style.  Events in Bloom created that look by using lots of succulant plants in their florals, decor, boutuets, and centerpieces.  I Wikipedia's those plants so here's the formal definition: Succulent plants, also known as succulents or fat plants, are water-retaining plants adapted to arid climates or soil conditions.  Anyway, I love the look that included burlap accents on the tables, favors and even on the cake!  The lighting turned out to be beautiful after the rain decided to stay away.  Jenny looked beautiful in her all lace gown with a tan satin sash, they girls had fun flowy dresses and the colors all were such a nice contrast.  They definiitely partied the night away.  Congrats Jenny and Jason so glad we could capture your wedding story!!  xoxoxo

{Shelley + Josh @ Don Cesar}

Shelley and Josh come from totally different parts of the country and they truly had their dream wedding that perfectly combined both:-) Shelley is a true southern girl and she looked stunning in her princess gown with garden-esque pink and white florals with a hint of green ivory.  Everything was accented in pale pink, ivory, and a little bit of gold.   Wedding cakes are one of my favorite details of the day and I remember Shelley telling me about it, but the artistry and detail was amazing.  Josh's family is all from New York and what could be more perfect than a Yankees groom's cake?  Here's just a little taste of their day!

"Hi Carrie!
Oh my goodness... that sneak peak was AMAZING!!! (And such a tease!) :-)
The photos on your blog are beautiful. The lighting is amazing... Sylense took some beautiful scenes. I mostly worked with her but I also adored her assistant that came.  I know he got some great shots of the guys. I've never heard them so excited about anything than when they were telling me about their "Groomsmen" pictures. I guess it was there chance to be 'funny' and let me be surprised. They tried telling me about some so I'm DYING to see them! :-)
They were both so great... dealing with my crazy family, a crazy wedding party... and of course, a crazy bride. You have a fantastic staff.  There are now loads of people who have been hitting up your blog page, chomping at the bit for more. :-)

{Ashley + Rich}

Ashley and Rich tied the knot on 10.30.10!  They had little subtle details that I like to call "Halloween Chic":-)  Pink and black with a hint of green, luggage tags for escort cards, amazing fun tables for the kids, a beautiful sunset, and the phantom of the opera even made a little appearance!  Seriously I don't think it could get any better than that.  Here's a little sneak of their gorgeous day. Congrats Ashley and Rich!!
