{Amanda & Dave @ Lange Farm}

Amanda and Dave had a morning wedding with coffee hour and an amazing brunch for all their guests.  Their wedding style was rustic, chic, with navy, orange, beige and gold accents.  Their son Jackson was the ring bearer and absolutely adorable in his little outfit and saddle shoes!  The ceremony was on the front lawn under the big oak tree.  Beautiful florals on top of wooden barrels lined the aisle.  Amanda looked stunning as she walked through the 2 wooden doors that led her down the aisle with her dad!  While we did the family and bridal party photos, they had a buffet of quiche, waffles, and crepes.  Their reception was in the rustic barn decorated with urlap runners on navy linens with gold chargers and alternating tall and short center pieces. The finishing touch was a little bottle of maple syrup for each of their guests.  They danced and toasted and had a bubble exit!  Congrats Amanda & Dave!!! xoxoxo

{Candice & Mike @ Bird Island Lake Ranch}

Candice and Mike had a rustic, outdoor wedding under the canopy of trees at Bird Island Lake Ranch.  They had yellow and orange florals and bumble bee accents.  If you look very closely you can even see a bumble bee flying by in the photo of the center piece!:-)  Candice love flip flops, and Mike surprised her with a blue flip flop bracelet as a gift.  The backstory is what makes it awesome.  Before they were engaged around her birthday, she wanted this blue flip flop bracelet but thought it was too expensive.  Mike had hinted that he was getting her something blue and sparkly, and she of course thought it was the expensive bracelet and for a week tried to convince him to return it!  Her actual gift was Mike proposing to her and an engagement ring with a blue stone!  After the ceremony the light was just plain gorgeous for their photos!  They toasted and danced under the twinkle lights and evening sky.  Cheers to the new Mr & Mrs!!! xoxoxo

{Sara & John @ Shady Oak Farm}

Sara and John’s wedding style was classic, southern elegance with a gold, orange, and purple color palette.  The first person we saw when we got to the hotel for getting ready was John’s brother, Noah, he introduced himself as the best man and you could tell how happy and excited he was for his brother. Sara wore her mom’s veil and they custom ordered the same lace that was on her gown so that it matched perfectly.  John had handwritten letters for Sara to read at different times starting Friday night, his last one her dad gave to her just before she walked down the aisle.  She had a pretty special surprise gift she had hand delivered to John as well. The entire bridal party wore cowboy boots since Sara has always loved horses and the reception was on her parents’ beautiful 5 acre estate, Shady Oaks Farm.  Once she was bridal ready, we did a first look with her mom and bridesmaids and then dad. Still gets me every time! Just before the processional started Noah fixed Father Pelligrino’s robe and then it was go time.  The priest said everyone was so happy when they found out these 2 were dating because they are such a perfect match!  The backdrop of mossy oak trees and lake was so gorgeous!  The reception was under a white tent with gold linens and and white, purple, and orange florals with accents of wheat and sunflowers.  They had custom white and red Wedded Wine on each table and the favors were jars of honey that said “Meant to Be”.  It was an amazing party and celebration with their friends and family and we so enjoyed it!  Congrats Sara and John!!! xoxoxo

{Cassie & Matt @ The Hilton Clearwater Beach}

Cassie and Matt chose the Hilton Clearwater beach for the destination wedding from Oregon!  They had family and friends join them from 7 different states for their beautiful ceremony on the beach.  Her bouquet was made out of blue and aqua broaches that matched her jeweled hair piece.  As Cassie walked down the aisle she left her flip flops along the way, toes in the sand are way better anyway!  Cassie and Matt are both aerospace engineers and they had a gorgeous glass airplane as their cake topper.  They had a super fun and casual reception on the patio with the view of the sunset. When the sun went down there was a fire pit and tiki torches for everyone to enjoy and we got some awesome photos of them at night it in as well! Congrats Cassie and Matt!!

{Billie & Andrew @ The Florida Aquarium}

Andrew asked Billie to marry him in one of the caves of the Aquarium on New Years Eve, so it was of course the perfect and most meaningful location for their wedding!  Billie's aunt does all the draping of the coral reef room at the aquarium, and she did an absolutely beautiful job for their special day. There were crystal beaded tie-backs and purple up-lighting to set the tone for the ceremony.  Billie entered the room with her dad and they said their I do's in front of the panoramic aquarium with sharks and sea turtles as the backdrop. While their guests sipped on cocktails and enjoyed the exhibits, the main lobby underwent a beautiful transformation. It was draped in white and the  tables were decorated with beautiful pink and plum colored flowers. License plates from different states sat on top of stacks of old books and served as the table names! Each guest had to use their placard and find their "state". The cake was the perfect accent to the purple and silver color palette.  Billie wore heels for the ceremony and converse for dancing!  Such a fun and special day for this sweet couple! Congrats Billie and Andrew! xoxoxoxo

{Haley & Jordan @ The Sheraton Sand Key}

We have been getting so much rain and thankfully it held off so Haley and Jordan could have their beach wedding literally on the waterfront:-)  They had a simple peach, gold, and aqua beach chic style.  Haley wore the cutest lace and crystal foot jewelry and a beautiful necklace from her grandmother.  Her maid of honor had gold foot jewelry that matched her little girl's who was the cutest little flower girl! They girls in flowing pink dresses and boys in beige suits and aqua ties. Since the weather was so un-predictable at the last minute they put the shepherds hooks out, chairs for the grandparent and got everyone outside so they could have the beach wedding of their dreams, and they did! There were even some very friendly sea gulls that decided to join us as well.  The flooded beach made for an awesome backdrop and we didn't even have to walk down to the water:-)  The reception was decorated with peach linens, lantern, and an awesome sweets table.  Haley and Jordan went to Texas A&M so of course are huge Aggie fans.  They had all their friends on the dance floor doing the war hymn! Everyone had the most amazing time and it was so fun to be a part of! Congrats Haley and Jordan!!! xoxoxo

{Brittani & Brandon @ Sandpearl Resort}

Brittani looked absolutely breathtaking in her organza layered gown, and 5 inch sequined heels! Their daughter, Ta'raji, was the cutest flower girl, and wore a matching layered gown that Brittani's mom added plum accents to.  I am in love with their wedding style. I would call it bling chic:-) The official colors were Aubergine (Plum), Mojito (light green), Ivory and Charcoal. The ceremony was in the half round on the lawn overlooking the beach at the Sand Pearl.  They said their I do's under an acrylic arch with crystals and draping. Ta'Raji decided to take her nap right before the ceremony and she slept through the whole thing! They wrote the sweetest vows to each other, jumped the broom then danced their way down the aisle! We literally had the most beautiful golden sunset as the backdrop for their photos after the ceremony.  The reception decor created a beautiful ambiance with tall floral center pieces, floating candles, clear acrylic chivari chairs, and a white dance floor.  Each guests' champagne glass even had a strawberry slice.  While Brittani and Brandon danced their first dance, Ta'Raji did her own little dance around them:-)  We so loved capturing all these sweet moments! {Jessica & Jon @ Useppa Island}

Jessica and Jon wanted to do a Florida destination style wedding where their friends and family could join them for a weekend of celebration.  The perfect location was the gorgeous Useppa Island club which is a private island you can only get to by boat!  Jessica, her mom and bridesmaids all get ready in the beautiful upstairs suite at the Useppa Island Inn. Jessica wore a gorgeous strapless tulle dress with a crystal-beaded belt and the most adorable sparkly Betsy Johnson flats! Right before Jessica and Jon saw each other for the first time, all the girls prayed over Jessica, such a sweet moment! The couple had their first look beneath a gorgeous twisty banyan tree. Jon was in absolute awe over his stunning bride! They shared a special few minutes together before joining the rest of the bridal party for pictures. The ceremony took place at the bottom of the beautiful grand staircase right in front of the inn.  The reception was decorated with tall hydrangea centerpieces and soft candlelight in mercury glass votives. They had hula-hoops and glow sticks for the kids, which were a huge hit.  Everyone danced the night away on the patio and as the evening came to a close, Jessica and Jon had a sparkler exit into a decorated golf cart:-) Such a beautiful and fun destination for this sweet couple! {Jillian & Lee @ Isla Del Sol}

I love the color palette Jillian and Lee chose for their waterfront wedding. The guys wore different shades of blue ties to match each of the bridesmaid’s dresses.  They also wore some pretty fantastic socks, the guys that is:-) The forecast said 100% chance of rain but there was not a drop to be seen!  They had steel drums playing tropical island music, and sunglasses for all their guests to wear.  Jill's Mom, Betsey, drew the photos of each member of the bridal party to decorate their program which was also a fan.  During the ceremony Jillian and Lee tossed shells into the ocean, then for the recessional all the bridal party and guests did as well.  Jillian and Lee had a little surprise for the bridal party.  Before the wedding, they had buried a bottle of whiskey on the beach.  After the ceremony they dug it up and shared a swig with their bridal party. The ballroom was beautifully decorated with hues of blue. The tables had glass vases with beautiful flowers and floating candles. The tables were each named after their favorite movies..."Meet the Parents, Father of the Bride, The Hangover, Bridesmaids, I love you Man, etc...." Jillian and Lee met while getting their PhD's in Mathematics at University of Florida, but Jillian is from Ohio (Cleveland to be exact:-) so there was a little north and south rivalry with some O-H-I-O ing and gator chomping! Gerry, Jill's Dad, gave a beautiful toast to his daughter and new son in law. The groom's cake may have looked just like a UF Gator cake, but Jillian sneakily had it made with Ohio State colors on the inside. Lee was quite surprised to see scarlet and gray layers when they cut it!  It was the perfect and most fun day!  Congrats Jillian and Lee! xoxoxo

{Krista & Derek @ Vero Beach Hotel & Spa}

Krista and Derek are from Chicago, and chose the beautiful beach backdrop of the Vero Beach Hotel for their destination wedding. This is also the spot where Krista, her mom, and sisters do their annual girls weekend.  Krista's something old was her necklace that her mom had given to her on her birthday. It was made from her mother's original wedding bands.  Her bridesmaids were in short blush dresses that looked perfect with the guys navy blue suits and blush ties.  Krista looked so pretty in her layered gown that had a beaded belt and cute super cute heels!  We did Krista and Derek's first look in a secluded garden by the pool. It was so sweet to see Derek tear up when he turned and saw his beautiful bride!  The ceremony was on the terrace in front of the fountain, overlooking the crystal blue ocean. The rain even held off long enough just long enough for us to get the bridal party photos done.  It only began sprinkling halfway through the cocktail hour.  The reception was simple and elegant with white lanterns, candles, florals and navy linens. The toasts were sweet and you can see how much love each side of the family has for their new family member :)  We snuck out back at the end of the evening for some sparkler photos. It was the perfect destination wedding!  Congrats Krista & Derek!! xoxoxo

{Aimee & Lee @ The Westin Tampa Bay}

Lee told Aimee he was having a "holiday party" in December last year, and surprised her with not just a birthday party but also a ring!!! I LOVE Aimee's dress, it had lace accents underneath a layer of organza, she said it initially had a train but had it cut off so she could dance!  Aimee's Grandma June, who is 95 by the way, was so sweet and cute.  Aimee's sister Cori was her Maid of Honor and Lee's long time friend Theresa was his "Best Person". Aimee and Lee love music and just fun nights out with friends, so that's really what they made it!  The reception was on the rooftop of the Westin and the theme was music.  Instead of an escort card table they had a will call booth where guests got their ticket with the seating assignment and also their favor which was a CD with some of Aimee and Lee's favorite music. The band, Have Gun Will Travel played the reception and it was so much fun!  You could feel how happy all their friends and family are for these 2!  Congrats Aimee & Lee!! xoxoxo

{Lindsey & Duncan @ The Gasparilla Inn}

East meets west!  Duncan is from New York and Lindsey is from California, but they actually met in college at Montana State. Duncan's family has a home in Boca Grande, and it's a special place to them having visited throughout the years.  So their families and family came from over the US to celebrate with them at the Gasparilla Inn!  I LOVE Lindsey's custom gown!  The sleeves had lace detail at the ends and she had it designed so that they sleeves actually came off for the reception.  The broach she wore on her necklace was her great grandmother's from 1910.  The ring on her right finger and her something blue was a sapphire from the Pettibone family on Duncan's side. The Gasparilla Inn is seriously a photographer's dream there are little rooms with cute furniture, stairwells, and beautiful lighting everywhere!  They did a first look and Duncan gave Lindsey beautiful earrings that went perfectly with her dress. Their ceremony was under the biggest banyan tree I've ever seen!  After Lindsey read her vows, Duncan accidentally kissed her, it was so sweet! They love their dog Cody, so he attended the wedding but also ran down the aisle when Duncan called him to bring the rings!  Duncan's family is Scottish and they some really cool details that added some Scottish flair.  A bagpiper lead everyone to the Beach Club from the ceremony and there was a beautiful family Crest on the fireplace, it was also on Duncan's wedding band. There was a street totally lined in banyan trees and a church Lindsey had seen with this really cool door that made for amazing backdrops. The Beach Club was laid out with long feasting tables decorated with floral boxes, lanterns, and candle light.  They even brought a little Montana here with traditional copper toasting mugs for Moscow Mules. Their first dance was on the patio and Lindsey surprised Duncan with their song that she had sang and recorded for him!  It was amazing:-) Everyone got to enjoy the most beautiful Florida sunset before dinner, toasts, a special song, and lots of pretty fantastic dancing!  The even had some little princesses decorate their getaway golf cart!  Congrats Lindsey & Duncan it was amazing!

{Robyn & John @ Innisbrook Golf & Spa Resort}

Robyn and John share a passion for animals and met working as Zookeepers at Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo:-)  The girls wore lavender and Robyn had lavender robes for them while they were getting ready.  Hers of course had 2 giraffe's on it!  She looked gorgeous in her lace gown with a beaded belt and her purple and yellow giraffe heels!  John and the guys were in charcoal suits and striped lavender ties, I have to say they had quite a fun time doing groomsmen photos beforehand:-)  The ceremony was under the huge oak tree by the 10th hole at Innisbrook Resort. Since it was outside, they had a little basket of sunglasses for their guests to wear that said "the future looks bright" and had their names and date on it!  Many happy tears were shed during this beautiful and heartfelt ceremony!  Robyn’s sister, and maid of honor, Jamie, gave a beautiful speech to her younger sister. They of course had zoo animal accents on their invitations, escort cards, and my absolute favorite is the giraffe bride and groom cake topper!  Their forks said "I do" and "Me too" on them. They dancing started with their first dance and didn't end until the night was over!  Congrats Robyn and John! xoxoxo

{Elise & David @ The Tampa Yacht Club}

David and Elise met while Elise was an exchange student from France studying here in Florida. The following semester, David was an exchange student in France:-)  Before I had met David, Elise told me he was the nicest guy on earth and seriously, he really is the sweetest.  They love each other so much it makes me smile just writing this.  David wrote Elise a really sweet card and she wrote him one too.  Elise had a little piece of David's great grandmother's wedding dress for her bouquet.  The girls were in Navy and the boys in charcoal with navy ties. They saw each other for the first time on the staircase at the Tampa Yacht Club and we did some beautiful photos under the oak trees.  Before the ceremony, Elise and David took part in a Chinese Tea Ceremony with Elise’s parents. This ancient Chinese tradition served as the groom’s symbolic introduction to his bride’s family.  The ceremony was at Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church, and their little ring bearer decided to take a little detour to see his mom before walking down the aisle.  After the ceremony we took the bridal party out to Bayshore Blvd and we happened to get some photos by the "giant slinky" as I like to call it.  Cocktail hour was in the tent out back with patterned navy linens and an amazing floral center piece hung above the dance floor. Yellow and ivory florals with soft candlelight and uplighting set the ambiance for this romantic evening.  Instead of a cake they had a French Croquembouche Cake, which was like lots of little puff pastries designed into a tall cake lit with sparklers when they cut it. Phase 5 made it an amazing party and before their guests left, there were little Macaroon favors waiting for them. This night was positively perfect for this beautiful and sweet couple! Congrats Elise and David! xoxoxo

{Catalina & Alex @ Wishing Well Barn}

Everything about Catalina and Alex's wedding was romantic and beautiful!  Blush, pink, lace, and vintage details everywhere. The girls were in different lace accented pink dresses and the boys in white shirts and khaki's.  It was the perfect mix of laid back but beautiful. Before guests entered the ceremony there was a little basket of tissues and a sign that said "For your happy tears". Alex's son Jonathan was a very special part of the wedding and when Catalina said her vows to Alex she also had some promises for Jonathan as well. After the ceremony we got to photograph them with the beautiful Palomino horse (who loves bouquets and is very friendly:-) and in the blueberry fields.  It's blueberry season right now so it was perfect! The barn was decorated with milk glass, burlap, and lace. I love the little wooden mini bride and groom cake toppers!  Catalina danced with her dad and then did a dance to a special song with her mom too. Before it was over we snuck them back out to the ceremony and got some gorgeous shots with her lace parasol under the stars. The day was full so many beautiful moments! Congrats Catalina & Alex!!! xoxoxo

{Christina & Jason @ Wishing Well Barn}

Christina and Jason have known one another for their whole lives! Christina's older brother married Jason's older sister right around the time Christina was born. She told us that she had a crush on him her whole life and secretly wished all of his girlfriends away ;-) Then one day, it happened, he kissed her! They have been together ever since. They had their rustic chic wedding at the Wishing Well Barn.  Light pink, cream lace, and burlap decorated the barn. Christina had all kinds of cute sayings written on chalkboards throughout the entire place. They had one of the most unique guest books we have seen...an acrylic "Mason jar" that had an opening at the top where guests put mini wooden cut-out hearts with their name and message on them. Their beautiful cake, from Sweetie's Delights, sat on a tree stump on the cake table! The girls got ready in the bridal house behind the barn. Christina wore a beautiful strapless, corset back gown and she looked gorgeous. They had a wooden box to hold their rings and made a cute pink gingham pillow inside to keep them secure! Jason's reaction to seeing his beautiful bride walk down the isle was "WOW"...even the pastor agreed with him :)  After reciting their personal vows, they had a sand ceremony and were announced husband and wife. We took them around the property for some fun portraits while the guests enjoyed cocktail hour. They even took some photos with the Wishing Well resident horse...who was very fond of Christina!!!! There was a delicious BBQ buffet for dinner. It was a beautiful and fun day for this sweet couple! Congrats Christina & Jason!!! xoxo

{Brittany & James @ Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club}

Brittany & James were planning the most amazing day, and it absolutely was!  The color palette was blush, sequins, and gold with a pop of hot pink in the florals, girls dresses and groomsmen's bow ties.  I LOVE the pink monogrammed clutches Brittany had custom made for the girls. They matched perfectly with their champagne flutes and pink robes.  Brittany looked stunning!  We planned for her dad, Bruce, to walk in and see her totally bridal ready. Since he had seen her in the dress at the fittings, Brittany told me she wasn't quite sure if he would have any kind of reaction to her first look with him. However, there were definitely some tears shed when he saw his baby girl for the first time all dressed up in her beautiful wedding dress, it was priceless. The groomsmen all wore UCF socks, Brittany & James met there, so they had to have a little black and gold:-)  Everyone got ready at the Marriott Waterside, and there happened to be a cruise ship in port.  James said it was perfectly fitting since he is a "cruise-aholic" and he and Brittany are going on a 12 day cruise for their honeymoon!  Their ceremony was at The Academy of Holy Names on Bayshore, which has special significance since Brittany went to school here. Bruce was very involved in the details and I have to say, one of the most caring dads we have worked with. He even had an app to countdown the days until Brittany's wedding, and we happened to see it just minutes before the ceremony started!  The reception was held at the gorgeous Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club. Burkle Events did an amazing job of turning Brittany's vision into wedding fabulosity (yes I made that word up:-).  There were tall, and short alternating floral centerpieces with beautiful ivory linens. Gold hurricane votives set the beautiful lighting ambience. Hands on sweets created a gorgeous four tiered cake with flowers and a monogram "E" for Erigo on it.  The head table had a gorgeous sequined linen which sparkled with the uplighting.  Phase 5 made it an amazing party. We were able to sneak Brittany and James out for some sunset photos on the golf course, which turned out to be some of our favorites!  Just before the night was over, all the guests lined up in the foyer to throw rose petals as Brittany & James' exited.  It was truly and honor to capture and we worked with a dream team of professionals that made it off the charts!  Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. Erigo!  xoxoxo
