This was an extra special family portrait session as it was Sarah, Alan, and Olah’s first session as a family together! I’ve known Sarah for quite a few years now as she is a super talented artist. 3 years ago I had the honor of photographing her and Alan’s wedding and we have had several conversations of them wanting to adopt someday. Just a few months ago, that dream of theirs became a reality and Olah made them a party of 3! I was SO happy when Sarah asked me to do this session for them, literally seeing couple’s dream of adoption is my favorite thing. Olah is such a sweet girl and bright light with an amazing future ahead of her!

There really is no better place for an elegant, classic, black and white engagement session than downtown Tampa! I loved getting to know Caroline and Shane and their 2 adorable fur babies Leo and Brody, who also were in matching black ties. Golden hour was the best time for their session because the steps at Le Meridien are totally in the shade and you get that pretty golden light against the buildings downtown. We took advantage of all the pretty spots and how much these 2 adore one another!

Ross proposed to Joanna while they were out on their boat in the bay, close to the St. Pete Pier. So while we were planning their session, the perfect spot was downtown St. Pete, and I love how the pier is just in the distance in the background. The light purple and blue they wore for the park, and the outfit change for the waterfront and a little bit of night time with the lights in the park looked amazing! It was so fun working with you guys!!! Here’s just a few of my favs!

I LOVE bringing our couples’ vision of their engagement session to life!!! When I was brainstorming ideas with McKenzie and Cullen they were telling me how they are getting married at the Powel Crosley Estate and McKenzie had built a vision board of some really cool and elegant engagement photos with a black and white vibe.

Love that we were part of another wedding recently at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa. Jackie and Kyle’s wedding was so special. Everything from Jackie’s hand folded bouquet made out of comic books to their Funko Pop bobble head cake toppers showed off their style.

Brianne + James definitely had one of the most unique and special events we have photographed. Spoiler alert! There were sharks AND a sloth in attendance! Got your attention?! Let’s dive in then! (Ha see what I did there? #aquariumhumor)

We had so much fun being part of Molly and Evan’s wedding in January! Everything about it from the venue to the decor screamed the tropical paradise that we love living and working in Florida. The ceremony and reception were held at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Hotel in Clearwater, Florida.

We had the honor of photographing the 2022 Florida Inventors Hall of Fame at Marriott Water Street. One of our favorite things about corporate events is getting to learn about all different organizations and let me tell you this one is amazing!

Let’s start with the weather. Michelle and Jack could NOT have lucked out more with beautiful Tampa, blue-sky sunny day! Michelle and her girls got ready together in their matching blue pj’s where corks were popped and Michelle opened a gorgeous dainty “something blue” bracelet.

Miriam took a little stroll around the St. Pete Pier and the park downtown with Michelle and Rasheed for their engagement session. They are super fun and laid back and they have this magnetic positive energy and love for one another that is contagious. I love that tree that is in bloom in pink in front of the Art Museum, how perfect are their outfit choices?

If you’ve seen some of our past engagement sessions you know we are always down for something unqiue we different. We’ve done everything from Ikea, to a comic book store, to NYC and when Kristy and Geoff mentioned they would like to do some of their engagement photos on their roller skates we’re like YES PLEASE!!!

Can we just start with - look at this dress! Far from traditional and oh so romantic, Cathy’s floral pattern, blush wedding dress was everything! In addition to this stunning ballgown, cathy wore her grandmother’s bracelet, mother’s earrings and a blue rose pin as her something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.

Marry Me Tampa Bay put together a really fun event for our wedding industry pros to get some sparkly new headshots and we got to be one of the photographers. It was hosted at the gorgeous and new Mill Pond Estate wedding venue. The awesome ladies from Femme Akoi were on site to get everyone camera ready with hair/makeup and they did a phenomenal job as always.

It’s hard to believe it’s already been two months since Lisette and Michael’s wedding day at Crescent Oaks Golf Club in Tarpon Springs! These two are so much fun and their December wedding was a dream!

Prep for the day began at Lisette’s parent’s house. It was a casual, relaxed morning filled with laughter. YOu could feel the excitement in the air, before their church ceremony.

They had so many pretty details, From Lisette’s feathery bridal robe to Michaels’ awesome suit to the ornaments she gifted her girls, we had a great time capturing the unique, personal details that made the day theirs!

Often referred to at The Pink Palace, the Don CeSar in St. Pete Beach is one of our favorite hotel wedding venues. The views are stunning and the beach is sunset perfection!

Club Lake Plantation is located in Apopka, near Orlando and just a short drive from Tampa. This venue is absolutely gorgeous - sprawling grounds, rustic elegance, modern amenities and room for 250 guests. It was the perfect spot for Brittney and Michael’s day. They did an amazing job with the details and decor and booked a solid team of vendors to execute the day.

Patricia and Fernando are just the sweetest couple, we had the best time and it was so fun getting to know them! Pass a Grille is absolutely one of my favorite spots for beach/sunset. The little beach town is so cute and there’s always something new. Patricia had told me that she was going to wear 2 different dresses and one is a little extra with lots of sequins which looked AMAZING with Fernando’s blue suit.

Ashley and Darren have the sweetest pups, Hazel, Remi, and Jax, and of course wanted to include them in their engagement session. When planning locations with dogs it’s important to choose a spot that is dog friendly but also a place where your dog will be happy and comfortable! Crescent lake park is one of the places they go all the time so it was the perfect location.
