{Danielle & Michael @Davis Island Yacht Club}

The Sailboats out on the bay made the most beautiful backdrop for Michael and Danielle's nautical themed wedding at the Davis Island Yacht Club.  Michael and his groomsmen wore gray suits with navy ties, fun socks, and nautical knot boutonnieres with an orchid in the center.  Danielle's gown had a lace overlay and the girls wore navy with cute yellow heels. Lanterns with sunflower accents and rose petals lined the aisle of the lawn for the ceremony. There was a perfect breeze for the flowing white drapery and glittery starfish hung from arbor.  During the ceremony Michael and Danielle did the "salt covenant" where they each had a pouch of salt, they each took a generous pinch from their own pouch and added it to the others. The covenant is performed to symbolize that their union can never be broken seeing as you can never retrieve your own grains of salt.  The views of the city and sailboats on the water was just the most gorgeous spot for photos The reception decor perfectly went along with their nautical theme. The tables had striped white and navy overlays with yellow florals with a little easel with a rope table number. Their escort cards also had a little knot with a ring and their guests name on them. I love their sign in! Everyone was to sign a piece of a Jenga game because "Marriage is a game of balance" LOVE!  The wedding cake was a tower of chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with shiny pearls on top and the top layer was decorated with two starfish.  Such a beautiful and fun day for this sweet couple! Congrats Danielle and Michael! xoxoxo
