Carrie Wildes Photography has been documenting wedding stories in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and beyond since 2008. Led by Carrie, our team specializes in timeless, true-to-color, romantic wedding photography, engagement sessions, and proposals, Our approach is through direction and movement that keeps your photos feeling natural, and authentic.

We photograph a limited number of weddings each year so every couple gets a truly personal experience. Every wedding tells a different story, your photography collection should be just as unique as your celebration. Here's how we can cover yours.
Every collection Includes:
Two lead photographers, Carrie and Linda, working alongside you throughout your day, with professional editing on every image we curate and an online gallery you can download from, unlimited, whenever you like. Before the wedding, we sit down together for a full timeline review, and after, a design consultation to help you turn your story into artwork for your home, backed by an artwork credit equal to your full collection investment.
Luxe Collection
For the couple seeking a complete, artfully captured wedding weekend experience.
The Luxe Collection tells the complete story of your wedding weekend, from the welcome party to popping champagne in your pajamas to your private last dance. Carrie and Linda are there to document the styled details, meaningful moments, and every part of your reception.
Your experience includes our full engagement session experience, a two-hour welcome party or bridal shower, and a custom slideshow of your engagement and wedding-day highlights during your reception. You’ll also receive a behind-the-scenes reel and highlights the next day. A post-wedding design consultation with Carrie, and $9990 in artwork credit to create albums and wall art from all of your events.

This collection includes our engagement session experience along with a slideshow of your engagement photos and wedding-day highlights during your reception. Your memories continue to unfold after the wedding with a behind-the-scenes reel and highlights delivered the next day, With a $5990 artwork credit, your favorite moments don't just live in a gallery — they make it into an album or wall art that allows you to relive your story for years to come.

Intimate Wedding Collections
For couples who believe their celebration can be smaller and still deeply meaningful.
Our Intimate Wedding Collections are designed for elopements, weekday celebrations, and smaller weddings (generally under 30 guests) that deserve the same care, artistry, and attention as a larger celebration. With Carrie as your lead photographer, your collection is thoughtfully customized around the hours and moments that matter most to you.

The first step is a discovery call, getting to know each other and seeing if we're the right fit. We'll talk through your style and vision, and get a feel for your personality and what matters most to you on your wedding day.

We guide you through everything that happens long before your wedding day starts. From your engagement session to timeline planning to coordinating closely with your planner and vendor team, we're right there with you at every step, That means when the day comes, we're free to capture everything as it naturally unfolds, and you're free to soak it all in.
02 Plan with confidence
Whether it's your wedding day alone or a full weekend of celebrations, from the welcome party to the farewell brunch, we're there to capture it all, guiding the moments while anticipating the key ones and the people who matter most to you.
03 Wedding Weekend
About 3–4 weeks after your wedding, we'll set up your design consultation, where we guide you through your curated gallery of photos that best tell your story. Together, we'll choose your favorite moments for your album and custom wall art, so you walk away with your artwork already chosen, no stress, no second-guessing, just the pieces that matter most already in place.

That's why every one of our collections includes printed artwork, because the moments you invested in deserve a life beyond a screen. During your Design Consultation, we sit down together and choose the photos that best tell your story, the ones that belong on your wall or in your hands for years to come. From Bespoke albums to highlight boxes to custom wall art, we'll help you turn your favorite moments into something tangible you'll actually hold onto. Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reserve my date? . . .
To reserve your date a non-refundable retainer of $1000 for our full wedding collections is required or for intimate weddings it is a 50% non-refundable retainer. This ensures that you reserve that date specifically for you and you can check finding a photographer off your list!
Do you offer engagement sessions? . . .
We include a complimentary engagement session with all our Premium Wedding Collections. It's the perfect session to celebrate this step in your journey together before the wedding. We'll talk location, timing, and outfits. Almost all our couples have never done professional photos together so we'll guide and direct every step of the way. What if I have to reschedule or cancel my wedding? . . .
We try to be very accomidating and flexible especially if it's due to hurricane season. If you do have to reschedule for circumstances that are out of everyone's control like a hurricane we will work together to find a new date that we are avaialble on and we'll just transfer your wedding contract with no additonal charge. If you can cancel for personal reasons, the retainer is non-refundable but any payments not yet paid will not be due.
What is the Design Consultation? . . .
This is my favorite meeting after your wedding! About 2-3 weeks after your wedding, we’ll setup your design consultation in studio if you are local to Tampa Bay or zoom if you aren't. I’ll help guide you through in choosing the photos that best tell the story for your album, and any artwork. This is when you will get to spend the artwork credit that is equal to the full amount you spend on your collection. So if your wedding collection is $4990 you will have $4990 in artwork credit to spend during your design consultation. You can stick with that original amount and get beautiful artwork or you can spend as much as you would like.
What kind of weddings do you do? . . .
We believe that love is love and each couple’s wedding story is important and unique to them. To us, ethnicity, race, gender, size, style, or anything else is what makes your moments and who you are so special and we welcome everyone.
If everything is inside do you provide lighting? . . .
We are very experienced in all types of lighting and bring flashes and static lighting sources with us to every wedding so we are prepared for any situation.
What if your camera breaks? . . .
As professional photographers, we have all backup equipment including extra camera bodies, lenses, batteries etc with us at all times so if there is an equipment failure you will never know about it!
What does Professional Editing mean? . . .
We photograph everything in color and then our graphic designer will give them a little love (color correct, brightness, black/white, blemishes, etc) so that everything you see is a beautiful finished product. We are photography, art, and design so our goal is to do everything related to those aspects for you.
My venue said all my vendors have to have a certificate of insurance, do you have that? . . .
YES! This is so important! We are a licensed and insured business and provide our certificate of insurance to anyone who requires it.
