What can I expect at an engagement session?

This is generally a 1 hour session in your choice of location. We have lots of ideas and can help with location, style, and what to wear also.  It's a great time for us to get to know you and for you to get comfortable with the camera.  Plus it is a lot of fun!:-)

What should I wear?

Always be yourself and wear what is comfortable.  Vibrant coordinating colors work well and you are welcome to bring outfit changes if you would like.  We have lots of engagement sessions on our blog, you can take a look and get some ideas here

When and how will I get to see my images?

For Engagement/Portrait Sessions:  If you are local to the Tampa Bay area we'll have you come in the studio (if you aren't we'll do a screen share:-) and we'll so you about 60-80 edited images from your session. At that time you'll pick your favorites and add any artwork like albums, save the dates, and high resolution images.

For Weddings: We'll post sneak peeks on the blog with some of our favorite moments about 7-10 days after the wedding.  About 4-6 weeks after the wedding we'll have you come to the studio (or screen share:-) and show you how to use your online gallery, have your USB drive ready, and if you have an album included we'll have your choose the size, leather and cover material.

Do i choose the photos for my album?

Our albums are designed so that as you flip through it, they tell a story of all the important moments, people and detail.  So we have you favorite all of those in your online gallery and then we do your design with those in mind.  We don't necessarily use them all and we may add in some that are critical to the story. Once the first draft is done Carrie go through it will you and adds in any comments or changes you would like and then you approve the final draft before it's printed. Each one really turns out so beautiful and unique.  We like to post them as well so take a look at some on our blog
