Tampa Club Wedding | Jillian & Austin

Austin serves our country in the Marine Corps and he and Jillian got married in an intimate ceremony in December. They had their reception here in Tampa, where Austin is from in February right before getting stationed in Japan. All of Jillian’s crystal details complimented that gorgeous gown, I especially love those heels! Her mom helped her get completely bridal ready before first look with Austin!

We setup first look with just the 2 of them on the stairwell at the Tampa Club. Austin had a little surprise to give her. We handed him a little pillow with a 2nd diamond wedding band right before he turned around to see her:-) Before their guests started arriving, we took them to some of the really cool spots around the Tampa Club for photos.

Austin’s mom, Amy, planned the most gorgeous reception for he and Jillian. The Tampa Club looked absolutely stunning with white florals and greenery and gold accents. We snuck them in to see the fully completed room and their reaction was priceless. Amy had told me what she was planning and it turned out even more lovely than I could picture in my mind. I had shown her another cake that Hands On Sweets had done with their sugar flowers and they did it again with an even more intricate look all in white.

Jillian and Austin entered their reception with the traditional sword ceremony and then had a fabulous first dance. Jillian danced with her step dad and then surprised her grandfather by bringing him out for a special dance while Austin danced with his mom. They lit a unity candle in honor of their guests who couldn’t be there with them, cut their cake with a sword, and then it was all party time until they exited under a tunnel of flower petals! Jillian and Austin, it was an honor to be there congratulations again!
