The Tampa Club Wedding | Lauren & Alex
Lauren and Alex had a romantic evening wedding from the view of the top of Tampa (the 46th floor of the Tampa Club:-). Lauren’s dress was this really pretty light shade of champagne/blush and she wore super comfy navy Tieks that coordinated perfectly with the girls navy dresses and the little hint of blue thistles in the flowers. After she was ready, the best man came in and gave her a card and gift from Alex. He had gotten her crystal earrings and a necklace to finish off her look. She knew Alex would have a super sweet message written so tissues were on hand. To honor her mom, who was there with her in spirit, she had a little charm on her bouquet said “Mom, you’re with me today, and every day" as well as a memory table and special seat with flowers at the ceremony. Her dad was so excited to see his daughter completely ready to walk down the aisle. Lauren had given him the most thoughtful gifts, cufflinks with his initials and a tie clip with her parents anniversary engraved on it.
Alex loves Game of Thrones and had a little shout out to them with the pin he wore on his lapel. I love the gray suit with navy shirt and charcoal tie and then his best man and ring bearer were wearing the opposite colors. Alex was super involved in helping plan he and Lauren’s wedding and was all about the details! We setup a little moment with them holding hands around a doorframe making sure he didn’t get a peek at Lauren in her dress before she walked down the aisle.
After the wedding Alex told he was SO nervous right before the ceremony started and until his beautiful bride walked down the aisle to meet him. After they were the official Mr. & Mrs. Negron we used all the cool spots at the Tampa Club for photos of them and the bridal party. Probably my favorite with them were in the wine room because I know they wanted a romantic vibe and the shadowy room with all the dark wood is the perfect spot!
Gold, pink, and hints of burgundy and wood was the decor for the reception. Their cake with those gorgeous sugary flowers is one of my favorites ever! For a sign in they had little wooden hearts for everyone to sign and kind of the signature piece to the gift table was a custom carved cutting/cheese board with their names and date. So many beautiful moments and so much fun had by all. During the bouquet toss, the girl who caught it tried to toss it back but she didn’t get away with that lol!!!! Congrats Lauren and Alex!!!!
