Harborside Chapel & Safety Harbor Resort and Spa Wedding | Sadie & Michael
At the beginning of August, Sadie and Michael celebrated their much-anticipated wedding day in Safety Harbor, Florida. The couple and their families could not have been more thrilled for their joyous day, and the weather could not have been more ideal. Each of their days began at Harborside Chapel and continued at nearby Safety Harbor Resort and Spa, and both their ceremony and reception were beautiful. I cannot wait to share more!
One of the wonderful perks of walking down the aisle at Harborside Chapel is couples are able to get ready onsite. This saves brides, grooms, and their wedding parties time and prevents everyone from worrying about traveling from a getting ready location to the ceremony site. As a result, Sadie and Michael were each able to relax with their bridesmaids and groomsmen while they enjoyed their mornings spent prepping. Not to mention, Sadie was able to spend sweet time with their adorable daughter!
One of the funniest moments of the day happened in the groom’s room when one of Michael’s groomsmen gifted him a pair of socks with Sadie’s face on them. Of course, he had to swap his originally planned pair for the personality-packed footwear!
Before Sadie met Michael at the top of the aisle, she and her dad shared a first look in the bridal suite. Then it was time for the ceremony to begin and for S+M to officially become a married pair! I have to note how much I love the interior of Harborside Chapel. The neutral color palette invites plenty of natural light inside, and the space looked stunning.
Post-vows, Sadie, Michael, and their families and friends captured portraits together before rejoining their guests at Safety Harbor Resort and Spa for dinner and dancing. The ballroom was again decked out in fresh, neutral blooms, and a monogram was even shining on the dance floor during S+M’s first and parent dances. Throughout the night, everyone dined on a menu created by the resort. Plus, there were speeches and a cake cutting. Then it was time for everyone to dance together!
Sadie and Michael, your wedding day was so wonderful for me to capture. I loved witnessing the relationships you share with those you love the most, and I loved watching as you enjoyed a memorable evening with your favorite people. Congratulations again!
