Michele + Evan's Florida Aquarium Wedding

Michele and Evan live in Jacksonville and did a destination to the Florida Aquarium because they fell in love with the location.  Michele's colors were really vibrant and looked amazing at Florida Aquarium!

During wedding prep, we loved seeing how close Michele and her mom are, as well as Evan and his mom. Seeing Evan’s mom light up when she saw him all dressed in & ready for the day put a huge smile our OUR faces!

Their date was 11.11.22! This was a fun (and popular) date request in 2022. We anticipate 12.31.23 will be this year for the 123 order.

Aside from the outside area at the aquarium, we took advantage of the mural up on the first floor, the floor round glass window and fish tank tunnel as backdrops (and a few others too!). Because the couple shared a first look, we didn’t need to take many photos after the ceremony. They were able to enjoy the celebration with their guests for a good portion of the “cocktail hour” and then kick off the reception a bit more quickly.

We thought the idea of naming the tables instead of numbering them was a great personal touch- the couple loves to travel and chose destination names according to their relationship history.

This intimate wedding was one for the books and we’re so happy that Michele and Evan shared the day with us. Congrats, you two!
