Christine and Rob chose the beautiful Isla Del Sol for their destination wedding over the Memorial Day weekend. The bridesmaids looked elegant in blue, while the groomsmen wore stylish gray attire, complete with palm leaf ties and custom cufflinks. Christine's gown was truly breathtaking, featuring a stunning train. It was a collaborative effort as her bridesmaids meticulously arranged the layers to achieve the perfect wedding look. Their adorable pup, Captain, joined them all the way from Texas. He had the special privilege of being present during Christine's preparation, and even had a heartwarming first look with her as she descended the stairwell to meet Rob. Fairytale Petcare ensured Captain's well-being and readiness throughout the day, and he was so cute!
Isla Del Sol had plenty of picturesque spots for capturing memorable photographs. Among them was a charming bridge overlooking the bay, which required a short golf cart ride to reach. This hidden gem is one of our favorite locations. As you turn around from the bridge's vantage point, an unexpected dolphin mural adorns the architectural structure, adding an artistic touch to the scene.
The couple's beachfront ceremony featured bamboo chairs and a gazebo adorned with beautiful blue florals. Captain proudly walked down the aisle with one of Christine’s besties and Christine's Aunt, Christin, officiated their ceremony and announced them for the first time as Mr. and Mrs. Brown.
The gulf view reception was decorated in white and blue. One detail that stood out was the personalized napkins featuring Captain's face and the playful phrase, "I do too." A small figurine of Captain was placed on the cake table, with the clever touch of making it seem like he had playfully dipped his nose into the cake. The couple incorporated the infinity sign, which was etched into their wedding bands, into a floral wall, adding a symbolic touch to their celebration.
A unique trend we've observed this year is having the entire wedding party, excluding the couple, enter together. After a brief huddle on the dance floor, Christine and Rob proceeded straight to cutting the cake. During the dinner, we managed to steal them away for a magical sunset photo session. The reception itself was a joyous affair filled with their closest loved ones. We feel incredibly fortunate to have been chosen as their photographers for this extraordinary day. Congratulations once again to Christine and Rob!
