{Avila Golf and Country Club Wedding | Jan & Mark}

Jan and Mark wanted a fun party with all their favorite people to celebrate their wedding.  They totally nailed it!  Jan got ready with her mom, Marion, her daughter Jessica, and Mark's daughter, KD who were her 2 bridesmaids.  These candid moments during getting ready are some of my favorite.  They danced, drank mimosas and just had a sweet time.  Jan's gown was so perfect! She had showed me a photo before and said she was adding a pearl belt and it was simple but stunning!  That mauve color is so in right now and my favorite color.  Their bouquets had amnesia roses that matched Jessica and KD's dresses perfectly.  Mark and the guys got ready in the lounge before we did a first look with them.  Since it is June here in Florida they choose Avila Golf and Country Club because you literally don't have to go outside at all, not even for photos.  My 2 favorite things about this venue is the beautiful light that comes through the atrium and the 2nd floor where you can shoot down from. It makes for two totally different perspectives of first look, the ceremony, and dancing.  Before the guests arrived, Jan walked down the aisle for Mark to see her as her mom and the girls watched from above.  We got all their bridal and family photos done before the ceremony so they could spend as much time as possible with their guests.  Rev Rick performed a beautiful ceremony and announced them as the official Mr. & Mrs. Budzinski.  Their reception was decor was these beautiful lace linen overlaying purple with silver chivaris and alternating high and low florals.  Jan and Mark did their first dance on the round medallion in the atrium with all their guests watching.  Jan's daughter Jessica and her boyfriend Kyle have been dating for a while so she and Mark had a little surprise presentation of the bouquet and garter for them during the reception.  They had an amazing spread of all different mini desserts and a cigar roller in the lounge outside.  Everyone had such an amazing time!!  I have to give an extra shout out to Laura Wade, from Serendipity Events for creating a flawless event with this team of fabulous professionals below.  Congratulations Jan and Mark and thank you for having us!!!! xoxoox

{Kate & Andrew @ Safety Harbor Resort & Spa}

When we arrived, Kate and her bridesmaids were just hanging out in their cute robes sipping champagne and having such a great time.  She wore these fabulous Vince Camuto heels with a little ivory and pearl clutch to accent that gorgeous lace gown.  The girls got ready while Kate's mom helped her get ready and then we did a first look with them, so happy for their beautiful friend!  Then Kate's dad came in and there were happy tears all around.  Andrew and the were in cobalt blue suits that were the perfect shade of blue with the girls mauve dresses.  The ceremony was on the patio behind Safety Harbor resort with florals and greenery installed in the fountain as well as on the edge of each aisle.  Their friends and family came from Montreal, London, Las Vegas, California, and Kate and Andrew actually live in Birmingham, AL so all dear friends and family traveled here to celebrate them becoming Mr. & Mrs. Mullings (#marryingmullings as their wedding hashtag said:-).  Everything about their weddings was elegant and sweet.  The Four Springs ballroom was decorated with greenery, candles, gold, ivory and a little bit of burgundy.  The bridal party made a fantastic entrance, we had to post a couple of the best one which was a pretty fabulous bouquet toss. From the minute they entered until the sparkler exit it was an amazing time had by all including us!  I'm going to stop talking so you can start looking.  Thank you Kate and Andrew for having us and congratulations!!!

{Annie & Justin @ The Ritz Carlton Beach Club}

Annie and Justin have the most amazing and fun group of family and friends.  Their wedding was at one of my all time favorite places, he Ritz Carlton Beach Club on Lido Beach. I can't really explain why, but it's just so relaxing and beautiful, even when I'm working I still feel relaxed just being there:-) Annie is a runner and she and her running buddies got up and ran 10 miles the morning of their wedding!  Justin and they guys were in fabulous seersucker suits with navy ties that looked amazing with the girls navy dresses.  Their wedding was on St. Patrick's day and there was little shamrocks on the ring bearers tie and a surprise guest during the reception I'll tell you about later.  We found the perfect, private spot on the low tide deck for their first look, so much happiness and a few tears.  So much gorgeous light even some surfing with the bridal party.  Right before the ceremony, their officiant, Craig, and his wife set the tone with a prayer of blessing over their ceremony and marriage. In Justin's vows he described the moment he knew that Annie was the one.  He was cheering her on at a marathon, and as he watched her cross the finish line he was overcome with unexplained emotion and he just knew.  While I was listening,  it was almost like time had stopped for just a second and we all got to be a part of feeling how much they love each other.  And then they were officially Mr. & Mrs. Cheek!  It could not have been a more gorgeous evening for their reception on the sunset terrace decorated with white and ivory florals and linens.  You'll see why they call it the sunset terrace.  They had a fabulous charcuterie table and all different action stations and instead of a cake had a dessert station with little mini apple crisps, key lime tarts, and strawberries and cream.  Annie told me she knew one of her guests was going to have some sort of surprise up their sleeve and in true St. Patty's day fashion he dressed up like a Leprechaun and made his big entrance.  Their wedding hashtag was #meanttobee and they had little honey bear favors for their guests.  Annie and Justin, congratulations, you guys deserve all the happiness and joy that life has to give.  Thank you for including us in your beautiful day!  xoxoxo

{Melanie & Josh @ The Tampa Club}

The Tampa Club is known as the "Top of Tampa" because it's literally the highest point on the 43rd floor of the Bank of America building and the views are just stunning!  Melanie loves Lula Roe and Disney (Josh actually proposed to her there:-).  Melanie had the perfect leggings for her girls and flower girls.  Melanie's maid of honor gave her a surprise little bride heart charm for hear Pandora bracelet and Josh gave her diamond earrings to complete her look.  Melanie is a 2nd grade teacher and for Josh's gift, she had her students write advice to Josh on how to be a good wife to Miss Easterbrook:-)  The girls were in aqua dresses and guys in black tuxes with aqua ties and socks.  The pink and greenery in the florals looked awesome!  Melanie and Josh held hands around a corner before walking down the aisle to become Mr. and Mrs. Renzoni.   The reception was set with aqua and white textured linens with gold accents.  They had really fun mad libs at each place setting about how they met for everyone to fill in.  If you look closely you can see little tiny Mickey ears on the cake that Melanie's mom added.  Dave, the videographer put the rings in the shape of Mickey ears so we photographed them that way as well.  Melanie always says she loves Josh the "most" so it's engraved on the inside of his ring.  Brittany, Josh's sister, has been Melanie's best friend for over 16 years and while she was giving her toast she said that all along they had been scheming for Josh to marry her so they could officially be sisters.  By the time we knew it, it was time time for their flower petal exit.  Everything was amazing and so pretty, congratulations you guys we loved every minute of it!!  xoxoxo

{Kim & Shane @ The Mahaffey Theater}

Kim and Shane's wedding was one for the books for sure!  Kim has been a fellow event industry friendor for almost 10 years now so it was such an honor to photograph her and Shane's gorgeous wedding and we couldn't be happier for them.  Being a planner herself, there was SO MANY gorgeous details.  The girls had so much fun getting ready and sipping mimosas!  They got ready at the Hilton right across the street that is newly redone and has a really cool modern vibe.  They have huge art walls and furniture vignette's in the lobby perfect for their first look and inside photos.  Their ceremony and reception was on the lawn in-between the Dali and Mahaffey right on the waterfront.  Amanda and her team at MMD Events turned Kim's vision into even more than she could have imagined.  The lawn was transformed into their ceremony with alternating rows of ghost chairs and white chairs with a white draped arch and sparkly chandalier.  Kim's mom walked her down the aisle and she looked stunning and so happy.  I love that Pastor Rich had asked them things they love about each other that he shared in the ceremony.   The reception was set under market lights with gray linens and really unique and modern florals in gray and mirrored containers.  They  had a "Comfort Station" with flip flips and our very favorite detail was the doughnut wall that made their cake look like it was floating in front of sparkly doughnuts!  Kim's sister was her Maid of Honor and her toast was to how much she loves her sister and how happy they all are to have Shane officially becoming a part of their family.  Michael Planas, who is a long time friend of Kim's and works for Grant Hemond rocked the party.  Congrats you guys it was such an honor to be part of!!!

{Kelly & Ryan @ The Postcard Inn}

I knew this was going to be a fun group when I first talked to Kelly and found out they are fellow Ohioans:-)  They wanted a fun, romantic, and whimsical wedding for their favorite people to enjoy with them.  Nailed it!  The girls aqua flowy dresses and the guys in khakis and white linen was perfect for the beach. Ryan wore a single starfish instead of a boutonniere.  I saw a little tear sneak down Ryan's cheek  as he saw Kelly being escorted down the aisle by her parents.  Their guests threw petals as the exited as Mr. & Mrs. Thomas.  Earlier in the day it was super super foggy, but that all cleared out and there was a beautiful sunset.  This bridal party was a blast, they turned up the music on an iPhone and sang so we would have party music down on the beach.  Postcard Inn has so many great spots for photos inside and outside and there's always something different and new.  Their reception was on the lawn, strung with lights, lanterns, and little tags with flip flops for the table numbers. Kelly and Ryan did their first dance under the canopy of trees and the party didn't stop!  We had just as much fun shooting it as everyone was having in the photos.  Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Thomas!!! xoxoxox

{Kelly & Matt @ The Hyatt Clearwater Beach}

Kelly and Matt are just the sweetest and so much fun!  Kelly's light and flowy gown with lace cap sleeves and a sparkly belt was perfect for their ceremony on the beach.  The girls each wore a different style aqua short lace dress and the guys were in gray with coral bowties and suspenders.   We did a first look with her bridesmaids, dad, and her grandmother.  I know I always say it but I just love seeing everyone's joy and excitement as they saw Kelly as a stunning bride.  Their ceremony arch was 2 palm trees draped with florals.  They had custom sunglasses for everyone to wear with a little sign that said "don't be blinded by our love:-)".  When Matt saw Kelly at the end of the aisle his face was priceless.  It was a gorgeous evening and the guests headed to the 16th floor sky terrace for cocktails while had some fun on the beach and a fabulous sunset.   Their reception was decked out in coral and aqua beach chic style.  I love the little chocolate turtles and sea horses on the cake.  Toasts, dinner, and LOTS of dancing in this awesome party.  Congrats Kelly & Matt!!  xoxoxo

{Lindsey & Christopher @ Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club}

Lindsey and Chris are from Pittsburg and their friends and family all traveled down to the beautiful Isla Del Sol for their wedding.  They had a fun and bright wedding style that totally matched their personalities. One of Lindsey's bridesmaids made all the girls foot jewelry to wear in the sand instead of shoes.  The beach was set with bamboo chairs and aqua, coral and white florals.  Their dog Charly was dressed in a little tux in perfect doggie ring bearer style.  We were so thankful the curtain of rain you see in the background stayed in the background and gave the prettiest cool tone to their photos with the sail boats in the background.  Their reception was decorated with submerged florals, aqua and coral accents and wine stopper favors in burlap that matched the guys tan suits.  Their dessert table had a small cake for them to cut and a tower made out of macaroons!  Their official last name as a couple is "Wild" so their wedding # was #wildwedding!  The dance floor was packed the entire night and this group has got some moves!  Congrats Lindsey and Chris thanks for having us!!!!  xoxoxo

{Jennifer & Bo @ The Tampa Club}

Jennifer and Bo's wedding was with the view of the city from the 42nd floor at the Tampa Club.  Jen loves everything pink and had different shades of blush and pink throughout all her details.  I especially love those Steve Madden heels and their custom wedding Snap Chat filter:-)  Jen's dad was waiting to see her as we got to the Tampa Club, he gave her a beautiful necklace as a gift.  Bo and all his groomsmen race motocross, and he got them each cufflinks with their racing number on them. Bo's is 419 and his groom's cake was an exact replica of his racing jacket!  Their cake topper was even a gold motocross bike with a bride and groom.  Their ceremony was lined with gold candles, pink flowers, and white draping.  Reverend DeArruda talked about how Jen and Bo's sense of humor, and way they live their lives together really compliments each other.  Once their were the official Mr & Mrs we got to use all the unique places there for photos. As you can see their bridal party is pretty fabulous and so much fun!! That gold texture wall and the wine room are so cool.  The reception had gold, sequins, and candles everywhere!  Their favors were custom engraved cigars and boxes of matches that said "The Perfect Match".  Jen's maid of honor talked about how happy she is that Jen found someone who makes her laugh all the time.  Bo's best man joked about how Bo had told him that he was in trouble because he had found the love of his life.  They danced and danced and danced until it was time to end the evening under of flurry of confetti!  Congrats Jen and Bo everything was truly stunning and we were so honored to be a part of it!!

{Bridget & Ricky @ The Hyatt Regency Sarasota}

One of my favorite things about weddings is all the people we get to work with from all different places.  Bridget and Ricky live in the Bronx, and choose destination Hyatt Sarasota.  They actually found it because they were attending another friend's wedding in Sarasota and Bridget works for the Hyatt so it was perfect.  Their wedding style was a little bit of pink with navy and nautical accents.  Bridget looked stunning in her Modern Trousseau gown, they event stitched a custom tag on the inside of it with her wedding date for her something blue.  While she was writing her vows I noticed her bridal phone case and I didn't know it but she got an awesome pic of me taking that pic on instagram:-)  She incorporated such thoughtful and personal details into everything including little thank yous and the perfect bracelets for her bridesmaids and flower girl.  She gave Ricky a custom engraved tie clip from Tiffanys!  Ricky and the guys were in navy suits with pink ties, Ricky's being white.  They were hilarious and so fun! They said their I do's in the garden officiated by their friend also named Bridget.  After they tied the knot (literally they did:-) the breeze and sunlight was perfect for photos after the ceremony.  The reception was set with gold chivaris, navy linens, and white and pink center florals.  They had a fabulously choreographed first dance and totally fun NYC style reception.  We even got to sneak them out for some night photos with on the dock.  Congrats Bridget and Ricky, thanks for having us!!! xoxoxo
