{Hannah & Eric @ The Renaissance Vinoy}

Modern, classic, elegance is how I would describe Hannah and Eric's wedding day!  I love how the girls were in navy and the guys in gray with Eric in a navy suit.  There was a hint of pinks and Hannah's gorgeous gown was just a tiny bit blush depending on the light.   Her mom and bridal tribe of amazing friends were there to help her get ready.  They said their vows and became the official Mr. & Mrs. Skillman at Our Savior Lutheran Church.  We always love photographing weddings at the Vinoy, so many iconic St. Pete locations are just right there!  It was a beautiful evening on the waterfront.  The Grand Ballroom was decked out in white and light blush.  I love their sign in, idea!  There were corks for their guests to sign and the sign said "Don't be a dork, leave a message on a cork!" Everyone had such a blast, just like they wanted.  Rob Snyder DJ'd the party and does he have moves or what?  Congrats Hannah and Eric!!!! Such a beautiful day thanks for having us be a part of it!!!!

{Brittany & Will @ Innisbrook Resort}

I've gotten to know Brittany and Will over the last year and I remember when I first met them, Brittany telling me her vision for her wedding day was classic romance, with burgundy, gold and pink accents.  WOW, is all I have to say!  It couldn't have been more stunningly gorgeous, and not just the setting and details, but how it felt to be a part of it!  I love the flowy burgundy gowns her bridesmaids wore with rose gold jewelry Brittany gave them as a gift.  Her gown had illusion panels on the sides that were such a unique and different detail.  She wore glittery Jimmy Choo heels with crystal earrings and a chapel length veil.  Brittany's mom and maid of honor helped her get in her gown as we had the bridesmaids anxiously awaiting to she her totally ready!  Before first look with dad, her 2 ring bearers came in to see her.  Brittany had nannied for them since they were little ones!  Will and the guys were in black tuxes and had 2 looks!  Their first was ties with their favorite NFL team colors before changing to black bow ties and American Flag socks.  The last time we were at St. Ignatius was for Sara and John's wedding, who were actually here as guests so it was so nice to see them again.  Brittany walked down the aisle with her dad to meet Will at the end of the aisle and as their wedding hashtag said, #simonsaysido!  Oh man, the bridge where we photographed the Brittany and Will, and the wedding party is my new favorite place at Innisbrook. The light coming through the trees was amazing.  Before the guests were seated in the reception, Brittany and Will got to see the room totally done. Their head table draped in white with greenery and candles.  The floral centerpieces actually glowed through the mercury glass and that cake!  They also had a fabulous spread of mini doughnuts and little boxes of cookies for favors that said "A sweet ending to a new beginning".  As Brittany and Will walked through the room they were in awe and Brittany said it was more than she could have dreamed for.  I'll stop talking so you can start looking:-)  Congratulations Brittany and Will, it was more than we could have dreamed of working with you all!!!! xoxoxox    Church | St. Ignatius | Venue & Cake | Innsbrook Resort | Gown | Nikki's Glitz and Glam Boutique | Gown Designer | Allure Bridals | Makeup | Beauty By Bree | Hair | Kalli Elisa & Brittany Cabral | DJ | Grant Hemond | Bouquets | Iris and Ivy | Event Decor | Atmospheres Designs  | String Duo | Ensemble Aevia  | Chivari Chairs | Chivari Chair Rentals | Videography | 5 Star Production | Doughnuts | Mini Doughnut Factory | Limo | Network Transportation

{Katrina & Joe @ Citrus Hills Golf and Country Club}

Katrina and her girls got ready at the house she grew up in!  She had so many pretty details that matched her navy and pink color palette!  Super cute navy pillows with pink flowers, custom wood hangers, and even white and navy towels in the bathroom so they matched:-)  Katrina got coffee mugs with everyone's initials, and even included an H for Haley and a C for me, thanks for including us Katrina!  Her adorable little niece, Isabella, was the flower girl.  She loved her little robe so much she wanted to wear it over her dress.  Their gifts to each other were wooden watches engraved with their own handwriting.  Joe also gave Katrina a gorgeous set of pearl earrings.  Right before the ceremony, they held hands around a door and read cards from each other and then it was time!  They officially became Mr. & Mrs. McNamara at St. Benedict's.  Little Isabella decided to take a nap towards the end as the family was processing out.  There were a few tiny sprinkles but that didn't stop us from getting photos by the big oak tree at Citrus Hills.  I love the ones of the 2 of them laughing I think it totally describes who they are and how happy they are together.  The reception was decorated with white, green, and pink florals and each place card was on a little navy flower.  Joe's parents were the last ones left on the dance floor during the generation dance, having been married the longest, 57 years in November.  Katrina's sister was her Matron of Honor and Joe's brother was his Best Man.  They both shared how excited they are for not only Katrina and Joe to be Mr. and Mrs. but also how happy they are to have each other's family now one big family.  Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. McNamara we had such an amazing time!!!!!

{Kimber and Nick @ The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay}

Kimber and Nick are from Chicago and chose the Grand Hyatt for their destination wedding because that's where they stayed on their first vacation together.  Their royal blue and gray color palette was so pretty! Especially with the beautiful light in Aramani's.  Their wedding invitation style was a first class plane ticket in blue and gray.  Kimber's jewelry, headband, and heels were all made of crystal that looked gorgeous with her flowy simple gown.  Their little ring bearer and flower girl we so cute and excited to be a part of their wedding.  We did a first look with them on the top floor terrace at Armani's overlooking the bay.  It was the sweetest!  Their ceremony was inside with white and blue draping and tall white florals.  I love all the elegant simplicity they had for the reception as well.  Blue accent runners with chocolate truffle favors and the cake was white with a silver topper.  They met at Kimber's favorite bar in Chicago called Four Shadows and Kimber's sister gave the best toast about how Nick had to be converted into a Hawkeye Fan to seal the deal.  Congrats you guys, thank you for having us there we loved every minute!! xoxoxo

{Lauren & Anibal @ The Cuban Club}

Miriam and Haley photographed Lauren & Anibal's gorgeous day.  I (Carrie) am actually going to write about this one since I got to be a guest since David and I have been friends with them since before they were even dating!  There's nothing better than being a guest at a wedding my team is photographing:-)  The love these two have for one another is beyond words as you'll see.  I love the gray and navy color scheme with the gray floral dresses Lauren choose for Fallon and Noelle, her MOHs.  Lauren's mom, Denise, and Fallon and Noelle helped her get in that gorgeous lace gown.  If you know Anibal, the American flag socks he and the groomsmen were wearing were perfect.  (there might have also been a flask with a flag on it too).  Just before the ceremony they held hands around the corner outside the church, both overcome with tears and joy, I love how that photo captures that.  The same goes for when Denise walked Lauren down the aisle to give her daughter to be married.  They attend Bay Hope Church, and I know it was extra special that Pastor Matthew was there to marry them.  They took communion together, and then they actually served communion to all their guests which I hadn't seen before and was really unique and awesome.  Their party bus whisked them off for photos around Ybor and then to the Cuban Club.  It was decorated in silver, white and had a cupcake tower on each table.  They had champagne mango, strawberry basil, and key lime Hyppo pops for everyone which was the perfect touch for a Florida June wedding.  Their sweetheart table had the most fabulous white leather button back sofa.  They had a couple surprises up their sleeves for everyone.  Anibal had a surprise serenade for Lauren that of course included his best man Peter. Their friend Tal, who is a spoken word artist, brought the word to them about marriage.  Toasts, cake, cupcakes, bouquet, a little switcheroo with who happened to be wearing the garter and it was all dancing after that.   I have to say, there were some particular guests including Tal, Andres, and my husband David who were the stars of the dance floor.  Miriam and Haley snuck them away for some really cool night photos around the Cuban club and before we knew it, it was the last dance.  They captured all these amazing moments perfectly, I couldn't be prouder of our team and I was honored to be there as a guest.  Congratulations to the brand new Mr. & Mrs. Cabrera!!!

{Rachel & Steve @ Carlouel Yacht Club}

Rachel wore this light and flowy lace gown with a floral crown that was just perfect for the beach!   Her garter was even made of lace that was so pretty and completed her look.  There's this little shaded garden right behind the yacht club where Rachel walked up to Steve and the happiness was just beyond words. You might remember Penguin (who is actually their cat:-) made an appearance in their engagement session and he of course had to included with his little bow tie!  Steve's 2 brothers where his groomsmen in gray suits and purple ties, and his sister was his "grooms woman".  I love her gray dress matched the guys suits and complimented the girls dresses.  During the ceremony they honored their moms by giving them each a rose and my favorite part was that they had Martin, Rachel's 92 year old grandpa come up to sign the marriage license and make it official!  It was a overcast sunset which gives you that light color and texture in the sky.  Rachel and Steve are both chemists, so the glass vase they poured the sand in for the sand ceremony was a beaker as well as their cake toppers were a bride and groom beaker and one for Penguin too!  Their wedding # was #beachchemists. The reception was decorated in white, candle light, and purple florals with little cookies in the shape of Florida for favors.  From the toasts, dances, to Hannah singing a special song for them it's pretty clear how much these 2 of are loved by all!  Congratulations Rachel & Steve!!!! xoxoxo
