{Melanie & Josh @ The Tampa Club}

The Tampa Club is known as the "Top of Tampa" because it's literally the highest point on the 43rd floor of the Bank of America building and the views are just stunning!  Melanie loves Lula Roe and Disney (Josh actually proposed to her there:-).  Melanie had the perfect leggings for her girls and flower girls.  Melanie's maid of honor gave her a surprise little bride heart charm for hear Pandora bracelet and Josh gave her diamond earrings to complete her look.  Melanie is a 2nd grade teacher and for Josh's gift, she had her students write advice to Josh on how to be a good wife to Miss Easterbrook:-)  The girls were in aqua dresses and guys in black tuxes with aqua ties and socks.  The pink and greenery in the florals looked awesome!  Melanie and Josh held hands around a corner before walking down the aisle to become Mr. and Mrs. Renzoni.   The reception was set with aqua and white textured linens with gold accents.  They had really fun mad libs at each place setting about how they met for everyone to fill in.  If you look closely you can see little tiny Mickey ears on the cake that Melanie's mom added.  Dave, the videographer put the rings in the shape of Mickey ears so we photographed them that way as well.  Melanie always says she loves Josh the "most" so it's engraved on the inside of his ring.  Brittany, Josh's sister, has been Melanie's best friend for over 16 years and while she was giving her toast she said that all along they had been scheming for Josh to marry her so they could officially be sisters.  By the time we knew it, it was time time for their flower petal exit.  Everything was amazing and so pretty, congratulations you guys we loved every minute of it!!  xoxoxo

Gatsby Styled Shoot @ The Tampa Club

The Tampa Club hosted a really fun bridal open house a few weeks ago to show off how amazing a wedding can be there!  It also turned into a styled shoot that was officially "Great Gatsby Inspired" but it some of the elements of fancy mardi gras as well.  The details on this one were super eye candy!!  It really is all about the little things and this has SO many little things from the strings of pearls on each gold chivari to the yards and yards of sequined linens.  My favorite little detail was the sign behind the couple and the favor that said "A little party never killed nobody".  Amanda and James were our fabulous models and newly weds as they just got married last fall.  Amanda's first look was super elegant lace with a sheer skirt and back.  The second look was a little more sexy flapper-esque for the reception.  The team below created this stunning look and it was so awesome to work with everyone!

{Madison & Matthew @ The Tampa Club}

Madison is usually zipping around the Tampa Club making sure all the details of their couple's weddings are going smoothly, but this time it was her turn to be the bride!! It's always so special to photograph our friendors on their best day ever!!  Since these 2 bleed garnet and gold it was pretty fitting for their wintery Florida wedding details and those colors look especially amazing at the Tampa Club.  Madison looked gorgeous in that simple but so elegant gown. Her heels were encrusted with pearls and the guys had ties that coordinated perfectly with the bridesmaids garnet flowy dresses.  The Tampa Club was draped in white with mahogany chivaris and gold with pink and white florals.  That moment when Matt saw Madison walking towards her, uh still gets us every time.  Their wedding hashtag was #downstheaisle!!!!  I LOVE shooting on the grand staircase and the wine room.  The view of the sunset from the top of Tampa is pretty amazing as well. Everything in the reception was accented in gold and garnet with a little bit of sparkle and gold mercury glass.  Let me tell you, this group knows how to party, we had such an amazing time and could not be happier for the brand new Mr. & Mrs. Downs!!!! xoxoxox

{Stephen & Laura @ The Tampa Club}

I'm in love with the new trend of two piece gowns!  Laura had two different tops, one for the ceremony with lace that was ivory and one for photos at Tampa Club that was more champagne and a little sparkly.  Laura's BFF's Katie and Mark were here Maid of Honor and Man of Honor and literally made sure every detail was perfect the entire day.  Stephen's brother was his Best Man and his sister Lydia was his groomsmaid. We did a first look with Laura's side of the wedding party and their reaction was just priceless at how stunning she looked.  Father Zach at Sacred Heart married them in a gorgeous ceremony.  One of the things he said I thought was an awesome idea, was that on their anniversary they should re-read the readings that were read on this day and remember their wedding vows and how special this day was!  It was a perfectly cloudy day for lots of photos on the steps of the historic Le Meredien right next door.  There was even a little breeze (and help from Katie:-) to sweep up that chapel length veil.  I would call their wedding style "fancy and fun" with everyone in black with burgundy white and greenery in the flowers.  Add that the gold sparkly reception accents, wine cork place cards, and that cake and it's pretty fabulous!  Their wedding day was also one of the bridesmaid's daughter's birthdays so they did a little surprise cake for her. Laura's grandparents won the generation dance, having been married the longest, 60+ years.  When the DJ asked her grandma to share some marriage advice she said "say yes a lot"!!  They were literally the cutest couple ever!  Once the dance floor was open it was packed the entire time.  They had a few little surprises for their guests as well. Stephen loves popcorn so they had a late night snack and an entire spread of mini desserts.  As everyone was leaving there was a little coffee bean favor that said, "All you need is Love and Coffee"!  Laura and Stephen we could not be happier for you and that we got to be there for it all!!! xoxoxox

{Jennifer & Bo @ The Tampa Club}

Jennifer and Bo's wedding was with the view of the city from the 42nd floor at the Tampa Club.  Jen loves everything pink and had different shades of blush and pink throughout all her details.  I especially love those Steve Madden heels and their custom wedding Snap Chat filter:-)  Jen's dad was waiting to see her as we got to the Tampa Club, he gave her a beautiful necklace as a gift.  Bo and all his groomsmen race motocross, and he got them each cufflinks with their racing number on them. Bo's is 419 and his groom's cake was an exact replica of his racing jacket!  Their cake topper was even a gold motocross bike with a bride and groom.  Their ceremony was lined with gold candles, pink flowers, and white draping.  Reverend DeArruda talked about how Jen and Bo's sense of humor, and way they live their lives together really compliments each other.  Once their were the official Mr & Mrs we got to use all the unique places there for photos. As you can see their bridal party is pretty fabulous and so much fun!! That gold texture wall and the wine room are so cool.  The reception had gold, sequins, and candles everywhere!  Their favors were custom engraved cigars and boxes of matches that said "The Perfect Match".  Jen's maid of honor talked about how happy she is that Jen found someone who makes her laugh all the time.  Bo's best man joked about how Bo had told him that he was in trouble because he had found the love of his life.  They danced and danced and danced until it was time to end the evening under of flurry of confetti!  Congrats Jen and Bo everything was truly stunning and we were so honored to be a part of it!!

{Erin & Joe @ The Tampa Club}

I knew I was going to love these 2 when Erin told me her dress was going to be navy and gold!  She had a small little piece of her mom's wedding gown that she pinned at the bottom of her dress. I also learned what a "tussie mussie" is. If you've ever seen those ornate metal bouquet holders, otherwise known as Victorian posey holders or tussle mussies.  Erin had them on her and her bridesmaids' bouquets.  Erin's dad gave her beautiful earrings as a gift and since her dress had a lower back she wore a purple amethyst necklace backwards. On our way to the church we stopped at Erin's work to give some quick hugs to her coworkers and they were just so happy and excited it was the sweetest! Their bridal party was all family, Erin's sister, her husband, Joe's brother, his wife and their 2 kids were the ring bearers.  They looked so amazing in Navy and white florals.  The green ivy walkways outside the church and evening setting of downtown Tampa made for the perfect setting for the photos.  The reception style was white, gold, and navy with hints of green.  Even the cake was accented in gold confetti.  After Erin and Joe had their first dance and Erin danced with her dad, Erin's mom had some something specially written for Joe. She asked Joe if he would dance with her, in honor of his mom who had passed away when he was 19.  I can't really describe how special and emotional it was, but it's those kind of moments that are just so priceless and why I am obsessed with weddings.   This was such a beautiful day of these 2 families booming one family, it was amazing! Congrats Erin and Joe!!! xoxoxo
