Harborside Chapel Wedding | Jen & Daniel
Jen & Daniel chose one of the most beautiful locations in Tampa Bay to get married. Harborside Chapel is was design with all the most important things for weddings in mind. I had gotten to do Jen and Daniel’s engagement session and figured out we had done Daniel’s sister, Rachel’s wedding 8 years ago! It was so nice see her and Chris and their cute little guy who was one of the ring bearers! While the girls were getting ready Jen wanted to practice her vows but couldn’t read them without tearing up so one of her bridesmaids read them for her. She wore a lace gown with fabulous blue Badgely Mischka’s and a ring on her ankle that Dan’s mom had giver his dad while she was pregnant with him. The girls wore burgandy dresses and Jen had given them each different cobalt blue jewelry and earrings that matched her shoes and Daniel’s suit. Daniel gave Jen a beautiful diamond cross necklace, he told me she is hard to buy gifts for and he hoped she liked it. I think he nailed it.
My favorite detail are the blue tractor cufflinks that Daniel wore. His mom gave them to him as a gift because they had a blue tractor growing up and since his dad had passed, it was something that he could wear to have his dad right along with him. (it’s on our instagram so you can see it there @carriewildesphotography) Jen had gotten all the guys socks as their gifts, including special ones for her dad’s walk down the aisle. So much thoughtfulness and sweet gifts for both of their moms as well. Right before the ceremony Jen and Daniel held hands around the corner in the bridal suite without seeing each other!
The chapel was decorated with a simple wooden cross and greenery with candles and lanters. They wrote awesome vows to each other and exited with bubbles as the new Mr. & Mrs Miles!
After everyone headed off to the reception we used all the pretty spots around the chapel and then went over to the dock at Safety Harbor for their first dance at sunset! Congratulations Jen and Daniel, it was so special to be a part of!!! xoxoxo
