I love getting to photograph the next stage in our couples lives which is usually babies! Michelle and Graham had a beautiful little boy born on April 16th and I got to meet him very shortly after, which is my favorite:-) It's both of his grandma's first grandchild and the afghan and little outfits were both handmade by them. Owen slept through the entire session and he's SO sweet!

Gerrin and Chris had a sweet intimate destination wedding at the fabulous Postcard Inn. May isn't really rainy season yet but sometimes there is no getting around the weather. Fortunately, Postcard Inn has a great backup option for the ceremony if it's raining which it happened to be for Gerrin and Chris' wedding. The colorful bookshelves and lounge furniture makes for a great backdrop. Simple white florals with hints of orange and butterflies! Congrats Chris and Gerrin! xoxox

{Audrey + Adam @Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay}

It was the picture of a perfect spring wedding with bright vibrant colors. Audrey's shoes were an awesome bright green color and her maid of honor wore bright pink shoes! Completely complimented their flowers. Adam and Audrey had their first look in the garden at the Hyatt. It was such a sweet moment! Adam was truely taken aback when he saw his stunning bride to be, he even twirled her to see the entire dress:-) Audrey and Adam LOVE wine! Their place cards holders were wine corks, and the gift card holder was a wine crate. To continue the wine theme each table in the dining room had their own bottle of wine to share, and the thank you gifts were miniature bottles of champagne. Each table was also named after some of the couple's favorite things...there was "The Trop" for Tropicana Field, "Gryffindor" paying homage to Audrey's Harry Potter love, and "Buccaneers", just to name a few. Audrey's older brother toasted her and said how his once "annoying little sister" was now a woman he can truly say he is proud of! As the night was coming to a close, Audrey had the DJ play "Girls just want to have fun". All of Adam's sisters tearfully joined Audrey on the dance floor and danced to their late Mother's favorite song. It was a gorgeous and joyful day, thanks for letting us be a part of it!! xoxoxo

Betsy and Dan are one of the most fun couples ever! The girls wore aqua dresses with orange belts and all the girls including Betsy wore sparkley Toms shoes. One of the bridesmaids pictures might remind you of a famous movie cover:-) The boys wore Converse with their tuxes and were hilarious! Their colors were bright fun orange and aqua with hints of light purple. The Vinoy recently updated the furniture in their lobbies and I love the yellow chair and even orange sofas, perfect! They said their I Do's in the Tea Garden and then headed to the sunset ballroom to party the night away. I love their center pieces, several different types with floral boxes and the cylinder vases had goldfish in them too. The flower girls said the blessing, so sweet! The reception, lots of dancing and a blast had by all! They exited with all of their guests sending them off with sparklers. Congrats Betsy and Dan it was AMAZING! xoxox

Snail Mail LOVE!

I got the sweetest note in the mail today from Tara and Matt so I had to share and post a SUPER sneak peek from their engagement session. We just did their session last week so they haven't seen them yet:-) It was an awesome location with vintage furniture and randomly flooded spaces....more to come on this one:-) This little note totally made my day! The excitement began as Olivia and their girls pulled up in the limo. She was radiant with beautiful sparkley jewerly, shoes, and a matching pendant on her flowers and gown. They had a gorgeous day for their ceremony overlooking the water on the Yacht Starship. Super cute pink florals with blue patterned linens and sparkley diamonds decorated the tables. They are so sweet and we enjoyed every minute of it! Congrats Olivia and Yasin!

{Samaya + Ryan @Tampa Bay Watch}

Succulants and Peonies my two favorites for florals! I really love the details that Samaya and Ryan planned for their beautiful outdoor wedding at Tampa Bay Watch. They brought the chapel to the water by using church pews outside. Saymaya's girls all wore green dresses but whatever color and style they wanted, along with the vintage living room furniture looked right out of an Anthropologie magazine:-) Mason jars with candles, pink and white florals with a hint of succlants and lace table overlays decorated the reception. Love love love the lace parasol that matched her full lace dress perfectly! Their guests traveled from all over the country to be there to celebrate with them and that they did! Congrats Samaya and Ryan!! xoxoxo

Andy is a handsome, shy guy. Sarah, a classic beauty. Her dress had a very pretty lace detail that made it look very classic and she resembled Grace Kelly while wearing it. The weather was perfect and the sky was bright which made for some beautiful outside beach photos. While the bride and groom were having their beach photos done the guests relaxed, had cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, and mingled at the pool lawn bar. One of the cute flower girls, very proudly on her own, stood on her tip toes, peeked over the bar at the bar tender and ordered herself a shirley temple. Too cute. While we were doing bridal party pictures on the beach, a random couple gave Sarah and Andy a bottle of champagne so an impromptu celebration and toast was perfect! The best man and brother of the groom joked in his toast that Andy was a good pick for Sarah's first husband :) Beautiful flowers drenched the ballroom. Lavenders, creams, pinks. Each table had several vases of complimentary flowers and table numbers were in pretty frames. It was the perfect day. Congrats Sarah & Andy! xoxox
